Education Success Spotlight

Columbia Gorge Education Service District (CGESD)

With help from the Federal E-Rate Program, Lightspeed Networks was able to build a custom fiber network and provide 1-gigabit services to rural schools in the Columbia Gorge Education Service District. The bandwidth and connectivity now allows schools to access e-learning tools, stream videos, and administer state-mandated online tests. LS Networks was the only provider in the region that could design build the network, and provide 1-gigabit services and an ever growing suite of technology tools and apps.
