Leslie Boro

Leslie Boro serves as the Corporate Counsel for LS Networks. In this role, she develops and implements legal and compliance policies and strategies that position the organization for success. Leslie brings a unique background to the role. Before she was an attorney, Leslie worked as an English as a Second Language (ELS) instructor for a South Korean company by night, while she also served as a nursing program coordinator during the day. She later served as a law library reference assistant and Tier 1 IT support for students in her law school. While in the private practice of law, Leslie advised businesses and entrepreneurs on corporate law and intellectual property matters, including entity formation, contracts, corporate tax, growth, and governance, copyright and trademark registration. Leslie has also supported ethics defenses for licensed professionals in the Portland metro and Federal Tribal Court.

Leslie’s multi-disciplinary experience provides LS Networks a practical approach that supports the company’s growth and commitments to its customers. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Political Science degree from the University of California at Riverside and a Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark Law School. She gives back to her community as a volunteer attorney and enjoys providing advice to small businesses and entrepreneurs through the Portland Small Business Legal Clinic. Leslie lives with her husband and two shelties in Portland, Oregon. On the weekends you can find them backpacking in Eastern Oregon, or skiing and snowshoeing in the Mt. Hood and Mt. Bachelor areas.
