Kelly Nguyen

Kelly Nguyen serves as the Manager of Human Resources for LS Networks. Joining LS Networks in 2019, Kelly identifies and develops HR solutions aligned with business strategy. In this role, she leads all HR functions including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations and retention, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Kelly brings over 15 years of HR experience to LS Networks, including nine years with Integra Telecom as a senior HR business partner and senior recruiter. She also held HR management roles with several manufacturing companies in the Portland metro area, including Phoseon Technology, Kinetics, and Trim Systems.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from University of Hawaii and also obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR). She resides with her family in her hometown of Beaverton, Oregon. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her large extended family, painting and hiding kindness rocks, and teaching her two sons an appreciation for the great outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.
